Shuttle service to the airport was a major convenience, operating 24/7 without any hassle. The staff made us feel welcome, especially the breakfast crew, who were friendly and attentive. However, the Wi-Fi setup was confusing. I ended up asking the front desk for assistance on how to access the free option after being unclear about the charges. Noise from the hallway was noticeable, making it harder to relax, especially at night. A breakfast option would be great to have, considering the proximity to the airport. Overall, a solid stay, but some small details need tweaking.

I was deeply disappointed by the poor cleanliness of the bathroom. there were long strands of hair and dirt in the tub. To top it off, I expected a complimentary breakfast, which was not offered at all, leaving us hungry in the morning.

The staff was amazing! They helped us right when we arrived, and the restaurant service was great, quite accommodating for our kids. We also had breakfast and all that variety made it a treat for the family, so kids were happy.
